As we approach the end of 2025, I've been thinking a lot about what this year asked of us — and what it revealed. We began the year committed to moving FORWARD, knowing that progress wouldn't come from waiting for conditions to improve, but from choosing to advance anyway.

And we did.

We showed up — with clarity in moments of confusion, with courage in moments of consequence, and with a steady commitment to building inclusion as a meaningful business capability. FORWARD wasn't just a theme. It was a posture.

But now, the moment is asking something more of us.

2026 is the year we move Beyond the Line.

Beyond what's comfortable. Beyond what's expected. Beyond the limiting narratives that have tried to shrink this work into something optional or political. The line between what is and what's possible has never been thinner — and crossing it is how we unlock the innovation, resilience, and growth we need next.
