What is The Davi
Named in honor of Wiley Davi, The Davi recognizes the quiet but powerful influence of leaders who elevate others, create space for possibility, and move the world forward through care and conviction.
Wiley Davi was a bright light. Curious, true, intuitive, and grounded. She was endlessly fascinated by how people think, feel, and become. A brilliant warrior with gentle humor. A calm in hard moments. A bringer of balance and a force for empathy.
She moved through the world with humility, leaving a lasting imprint on everyone who knew her.

This award recognizes how someone moves through the world and the impact that has on others.
Humanity in Leadership
Through your platform and production company, Outlier Society, you have expanded access and opportunity in the entertainment industry. With intentional hiring practices, inclusion riders, and a focus on ownership, you have created environments where new voices are supported and able to thrive.
Integrity and Courage
You have made deliberate choices about who gets to participate in the stories being told and who benefits from them. These decisions reflect discipline and consistency, using influence to shift who has access to opportunity and advancement.
Positive Impact on Others

Nominations Process
The recipient of The Davi is selected annually by the BRIDGE Board of Directors.
Each year, members of the BRIDGE Board may submit nominations for individuals whose leadership reflects the spirit of the award. Nominations must include a brief statement describing how the nominee demonstrates humanity in action through empathy, integrity, humility, and courage.
Nominees may come from inside or outside the BRIDGE community.
Presentation
The award is presented annually at the BRIDGE retreat in honor of Wiley Davi’s legacy.
Legacy
Recipients of The Davi become part of a growing legacy of leaders recognized for advancing humanity through action.
