There's something about this time of year that invites both reflection and resolve.
In a season rooted in freedom, identity, and collective action, we're reminded that the work of equity isn't seasonal—it's structural. This month brings both Pride Month and Juneteenth—two powerful reminders that advocacy, resistance, and community have always been the heartbeat of progress. But this year, these observances land differently.
We're not just honoring history—we're confronting new threats to hard-won rights. From executive orders and legislation targeting LGBTQ+ protections, to efforts that distort the legacy of Black freedom, and attempts to dismantle DEI we're facing a coordinated campaign to roll back progress.
In moments like these, purposeful action is not optional, it is essential- for our people, for our principles and for our future.
That same urgency and resolve fueled BRIDGE25. We explored what it means to lead with radical integrity, to leverage inclusion as transformational to business, and to build with culture not for it. And while the external climate may shift, our values must not.
We are not alone.
We are not powerless.
And we are not backing down.
For, now is the time to protect what matters—and build what's next.
